1981
Creation by Mrs. Soufia REKIK of the first traditional pastry manufacturing center
2000
Over the years, Pâtisserie Madame Rekik’s products have crossed borders and are now enjoyed in France, the Middle East, and Canada, among other places.
2009
An industrial entity, “Société SOUFIA”, was created for the manufacture of chocolate, macarons and biscuits.
2012
The opening of a commercial structure under the name Société Rekik Négoce at Route de Tunis km 1.5 Sfax – Tunisia
2016
Rekik Company has built a new administrative building.
2017
The opening of another subsidiary sales outlet of Société Rekik Négoce in Tunis Menzeh 6.
2020
Online sales have grown significantly and responded to new customer demands following the COVID-19 health crisis.

Opening up to franchising

August 2023: Opening of the franchise at Berges du Lac 2
October 2023: Opening of our store at the Mall of Sfax
November 2023: Opening of our store in La Marsa
February 2024: Opening of our franchise in Sousse
